How can I pay for therapy services?Rising Care Rehab is a Medicare Part B therapy provider. Medicare pays 80% of the total cost and the remaining 20% is covered by your secondary insurance provider. Private pay is also accepted.

Do you treat patients with dementia?Yes! Our therapists are experienced in helping patients with dementia.

How do I get started pay for therapy services?Visit our Contact Us page and fill out the form or call the office to make an appointment. The initial consultation is free. I f it is determined that services are needed, a face-to-face visit with the patient's primary care physician may be requested to obtain a script.

Hazel Pracht, PT
Hazel Pracht is the owner of Rising Care Rehab, a healthcare company that services the geriatric population in Wake County, Franklin County and surrounding areas. Hazel is a physical therapist who is dedicated to improving the quality of life of the senior population. She has served as a therapist for 18 years with most of her experience concentrated on the geriatric population. She is NDT certified in Adult Hemiplegia. Hazel is an active member and volunteer at her church and enjoys reading, cooking, traveling and spending time with her husband and two children during her free time.
