Hazel Pracht, PT

Hazel is a licensed physical therapist and the owner of Rising Care Rehab with 9 years of clinical experience in pediatric physical therapy in the children's natural environment.

Hazel has an advanced, evidence-based approach to working with children who have motor delays, deficits, and complex movement needs. Her sessions blend hands-on technique with play-based engagement so children stay confident and parents stay informed.

Outside of work, Hazel is an active volunteer at her church and enjoys reading, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two children.
